Join Our Team as an HR Transformation Partner!

At Sysco GB, we’re experiencing exciting growth and are on the lookout for a passionate HR Transformation Partner to join our Central and Commercial HR Team. This is your chance to make a significant impact by supporting the delivery and implementation of transformative HR projects, particularly in the realm of M&A integration.
Your Role
As an HR Transformation Partner, you will be at the forefront of integrating people-related activities for new acquisitions into Sysco GB. You’ll be responsible for:
* Scoping and Planning: Define key milestones and goals for seamless integration.
* Managing Integration Plans: Ensure alignment with agreed timescales and budget while collaborating closely with HR leads.
* Creating Transitional Plans: Develop plans that align employment terms, contracts, policies, benefits, and HR systems.
* Partnering with HR Teams: Work with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with current processes and legislation.
* Supporting Cultural Integration: Utilize change management tools to foster a smooth transition.
* Identifying Opportunities: Develop organizational design and L&D requirements for line manager upskilling.
* Delivering Aligned Programs: Collaborate with CoEs to implement programs that support our overall HR strategy.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience: Currently working at a generalist HR Partner level (CIPD Level 5 qualified) with a focus on HR project/change management.
* M&A Project Experience: Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments is preferred but not essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and data analytics tools.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset with a knack for decision-making.
* Passion for Change: A demonstrated ability to enable change and foster a positive organizational culture.
Working Conditions
This is a home-based role with the flexibility to travel to various sites across GB. Occasional overnight stays may be required, so adaptability is key!
