As we conclude our major development phase, we are looking for a Head of Commercial who doesn't just see a resort, but a world-class brand ready for its next stage of global evolution. The Opportunity Finn Lough is seeking a commercially astute, brand-led leader to join our senior team. As Head of Commercial, you will work closely with the owners to translate the long-term vision into a clear, executable commercial strategy and lead the team responsible for delivering it. This role exists to bring focus, structure and leadership across sales, marketing, revenue and events - ensuring the commercial function is aligned and delivering consistently against the businesss growth ambitions.
