Kati Innes Case Management (KICM) was founded in 2018 by Occupational Therapist Kati Innes to provide highly personalised, client-centred care packages for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injuries.
We specialise in supporting clients with acquired brain injuries (ABI), cerebral palsy, and complex physical needs. Our compassionate and collaborative approach has earned us a “Good in All Areas” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

You’re an empathetic and organised professional with a passion for helping others reach their potential. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference through your work.
* Degree in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant clinical field
* Experience in rehabilitation and/or complex care coordination
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Compassionate, professional, and client‑focused
* Understanding of healthcare regulations, protocols, and systems
* Experience supporting clients with catastrophic injuries
Your Role
As a Case Manager at KICM, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing personalised rehabilitation and care packages tailored to each client’s unique needs.
You will:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and professionals
* Conduct holistic assessments to identify needs and improve quality of life
* Develop, monitor, and adjust care and rehabilitation plans as clients progress
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, Physiotherapists, SLTs, and support staff
* Facilitate appointments, therapy sessions, and community‑based services
* Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders
* Support clients and families in navigating litigation, funding, and care planning
* Recruit and manage support staff in collaboration with the KICM HR team
* Build positive relationships with Solicitors and legal teams involved in client care
