This is a technically focused sales role requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to build long-term distributor and installer relationships within the fire safety sector.
The Role You will be responsible for developing and expanding trade partner networks, supporting installers and distributors, and driving revenue growth across specialist fire suppression product lines.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing trade partner and installer networks Promoting and selling fire suppression and extinguishing systems Providing technical guidance and product training to partners Identifying new market opportunities and driving territory growth Preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submissions Supporting specification sales and project-based opportunities Working closely with internal technical and operations teams Candidate Requirements Graduate / Diploma / Certification from a recognised university or technical institution (Engineering or related discipline preferred) 3-5 years' sales experience within the Fire Safety industry Proven experience building and managing trade partner networks Strong technical knowledge of fire suppression systems Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to installers and distributors Commercially driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach Strong negotiation and relationship management skills What's on Offer Competitive basic salary Uncapped commission structure Career progression within a growing organisation Supportive technical and operational team Opportunity to shape and expand a developing market network WR Engineering are the 1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
