What We're Looking For
We're seeking a patient, empathetic, and committed professional with:
* Experience supporting children with additional needs, particularly autism and ADHD
* Prior experience in a 1:1 support role (highly desirable)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A calm and positive approach to behaviour management
Desirable Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in education or childcare is preferred, though not essential
* Experience is more important than formal qualifications
