SALT is working with a leading FMCG company in the Beauty space, seeking a freelance Category & Consumer Analytics Manager to join the team on a 6 month project.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining a robust understanding of consumer purchasing behaviors and demographics, delivering insights to brand and functional teams, and demonstrating how these insights can be turned into actionable strategies.
This role ensures that the consumer remains at the center of decision-making across marketing, communication, omni-channel strategies, and broader regional plans.
The role involves turning complex data into accessible stories, providing analytics that inform current decisions and future strategies to maintain competitive advantage and grow market share.
* £300 - £370 per day, inside IR35
* Immediate start, 6 month contract
