You'll lead a team of drivers and transport colleagues, focusing on compliance, performance, and great service. Working closely with the wider logistics team, you'll optimise routes, monitor KPIs, and keep standards high.
Responsibilities and qualifications
* Drive operational excellence: Manage schedules, compliance, and service levels in a fast-paced environment.
* Champion safety: Stay meticulous about checks, tachograph compliance, and legal standards.
* Think commercially: Use data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost performance.
* Experience managing or supervising in transport or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of driver hours, compliance, and health & safety standards.
* A passion for coaching and developing others.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
