Shift Pattern
Thursday to Saturday 23:00 - 04:00
Responsibilities
* Help with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads
* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and equipment, including cleaning utensils, tableware, and catering stations
* Receive and unpack deliveries, and keep food and supply storage areas organised
* Serve food items to customers in accordance with the menu prepared by the Chefs; may act as host/waiter at events
* Top up vending services
What are we looking for?
* Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential
* Basic Catering and Hospitality qualifications (e.g., Food Handling) are desirable but not essential as training can be provided
* Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods due to the physical nature of the role
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Right to work in the UK
* Food hygiene course at Level 2 is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good time-management and organisational abilities
