CRM Manager – Global Law Firm
Location: London / Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)

What You’ll Do
* Shape and deliver the firm’s CRM strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
* Drive adoption and best practice across global offices.
* Manage and enhance CRM systems (InterAction & Vuture), including upgrades and integrations.
* Lead data governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR and international standards.
* Provide actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs and analytics.
* Oversee email marketing governance and support global campaigns.
* Design and deliver CRM training and change management initiatives.
* Line manage and develop CRM team members.
What We’re Looking For
* Significant CRM management experience in an international law firm or professional services environment.
* Expertise in InterAction and Vuture platforms.
* Strong understanding of business development processes and key client programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior lawyers.
* Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and global data protection requirements.
* Collaborative, proactive and highly organised approach.
