Role: Sales Consultant (SaaS | Mid-Level) Salary: £35,000K base Uncapped commission (OTE £45,000), Quarterly bonus Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location. Location: Bristol (hybrid) We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter. If this sounds like you, now is a great time to get involved. What you will be doing As a Sales Consultant, you'll be an important part of growing our customer base. You’ll engage with trial users and new prospects to understand their needs and convert them into long-term customers through meaningful conversations, tailored demos, and thoughtful outreach. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team that is focused on customer success and celebrating shared achievements. Main Responsibilities: Lead Engagement and Sales Convert marketing-generated trial signups into paying customers Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospects Achieve monthly subscription and revenue goals Customer Activation and Support Start the customer journey with clarity—by understanding their needs and setting expectations that support a successful onboarding Respond to prospect and customer queries promptly and professionally Educate prospects on key product features, benefits, and value Strategy and Collaboration Build relationships with UK partners and referrers Collaborate with Product and Support teams to continuously improve the customer experience Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM Essential Skills / Our Ideal Candidate: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. This role involves working directly with business customers, understanding their operational challenges, and tailoring solutions that support adoption and long-term value. Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with 2 years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Confident delivering product demos to a variety of audiences, clearly articulating value and tailoring presentations to customer needs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to prospects and customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage a varied pipeline and workload using tools like HubSpot (or a similar CRM) Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for helping businesses succeed through smart, consultative selling Useful Skills / And a massive bonus if: You’ve worked with both inbound and outbound leads, and know how to adapt your approach to different sales journeys You’ve had experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, especially in a start-up or scale-up setting You understand technical terminology and have knowledge with things such as e.g APIS You understand the customer onboarding process and how to set clear expectations that lead to long-term success You’ve used HubSpot CRM extensively, or have experience with similar sales tools and are quick to learn new systems Please note: The qualifications and experiences above act as a loose guide to what we’re looking for.
