Your new company
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for managing payroll across multiple regions, including the UK, France, wider Europe, and Singapore. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, while also supporting benefit renewals and liaising with third-party providers.
Your new role
End-to-end UK payroll processing for approx. 150 employees
Oversight of international payrolls
Partnering with external consultancies for international compliance
Supporting annual benefit renewals and vendor coordination
Utilising Workday Payroll Module for data accuracy and reporting
Collaborating with HR and Reward teams on payroll-related matters
Supporting the IVC process and stakeholder engagement
What you'll need to succeed
Proven UK payroll expertise
Exposure to international payroll - consultancy support available
Experience with benefit renewals and third-party coordination
Strong working knowledge of Workday Payroll
Background in financial or professional services (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
