Essential Skills:
5. Ideally, hold an TA qualification or equivalent.
6. You must have a minimum of 40 days experience working with children in the last two years and be willing toplete a full DBS check.

8. Exhibit outstandingmunication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
9. Showcase adaptability in various learning environments, catering to students of diverse abilities.
