Facilities Coordinator
Location Great Sankey, Warrington
Pay £17.45 PAYE Umbrella (equivalent to £24,500 -a-year)
Hours 40 hours a week
Start Date Monday December 1st
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading Facilities management firms in great Sankey at Warrington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services for the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upon received the client request, create the Quote Work in the in-house system
* Follow-up on the compliance quotes submitted by maintenance suppliers for client approval
* Liaise with In-house Operation Team, suppliers & client to gather necessary information and clarify requirements for accurate quote preparation.
* Issue quotation to client through in house system, answer client’s query & follow up on Purchase Order from client
* Track the status of quotes and follow up with client and internal team to ensure timely responses and approvals.
The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic talented administrator or coordinator who’s got excellent communication and client facing skills.
The ideal candidate will be well organised and experienced working in a corporate environment dealing with queries, quotes and issuing PO’s.
Previous experience with a large FM is preferred but not essential.
