Orka Financial is seeking a commercially focused Senior Business Partner to join their clients growing Finance team, based in Bracknell. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide financial insight to help drive business performance. Produce and analyse monthly management information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and growth opportunities. Work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness and accountability. Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting. Deliver clear and concise financial information to a range of stakeholders. About You Accounting qualification or be nearing completion (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent). Strong experience within management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate. The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues. A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong analytical capability.
