What We’re Looking For

* Degree in a relevant engineering or project management discipline
* Chartered or near‑chartered member of a relevant professional institution
* Strong experience in renewable heat, district heating or waste‑to‑energy projects
* In‑depth knowledge of UK renewable heat policy, incentives and design standards
* Proven experience leading consultancy projects and working directly with clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Advanced IT skills, including modelling and analysis of complex energy systems
* CIBSE CP1 accreditation

We will offer an engaging, collaborative, and fast‑paced environment alongside an excellent benefits package, including:

* Generous annual leave allowance
