Job Description

We are seeking Graduate Software Engineers to join our Intelligence & Cyber International division in Tewkesbury. You will work on next‑generation Information Resilience and Electronic Warfare technology, contributing to the design, development and verification of systems such as the CATAPAN and Corvus product families.
Responsibilities
* Encode and design software based on existing requirements and designs, progressing to update and develop new requirements as you gain proficiency.
* Participate in Technical Lean Agile sprints, managing your own time and workload.
* Learn and apply product architectures and explore emerging technologies, methods and languages.
Qualifications
* 2:1 or above in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience with C and/or C++ (ideal). Advantageous: Python, Rust, C#.
* Experience with object‑oriented design and implementation principles.
* Appreciation of CI / DevOps tools such as GitLab / Jenkins.
* Willingness to learn, tenacious problem‑solving attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Self‑starter able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for technology and keeping up to date with latest innovations.
