Graduate Environmental Advisor – 2026 Development Programme – Norwich

Our Infrastructure team are looking for a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join their team on the A47 Thickthorn Junction Norwich, Norfolk. Here, we are working to improve the junction between the A47 and the A11 near Norwich by adding two new connections to ease congestion in the area.
What you'll do:
1. Assist the project environmental team with the day-to-day environmental requirements of the project & assist in the delivery of environmental training
2. Coordinate the compilation of project environmental measures and performance
3. Carry out site inspections ensuring the environmental management standard is implemented will be a primary focus
4. Ensure that project environmental documentation is maintained and up to date
5. Assist in the development and delivery of suitable environmental and sustainability training for all project staff
6. Actively engage with the Skanska Graduate Programme for professional development
What you'll bring to the role:
7. Studying towards or having completed a degree in an Environment related degree
8. Values driven and passionate about sustainability
9. Enthusiastic about learning and developing new ways of thinking
10. Able to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
11. You have a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and making a positive impact
12. You are motivated to work in site-based environment
13. This role requires visits to sites across the UK. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
