Lead Veterinary Surgeon Staffordshire | Up to £80,000 I’m working with a fantastic small animal practice in Tamworth, Staffordshire that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Vet role. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, supportive team while having genuine autonomy to influence clinical standards and help shape the future of the practice, especially with a full refurbishment and rebrand coming soon. This role offers the perfect balance of clinical leadership and hands-on veterinary work. You’ll be supported by an experienced Practice Manager and owners, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care, mentoring colleagues, and developing your own clinical interests, particularly if you have a surgical bias.
