Contracts Manager – Drywall
Site-Based with Regional Travel | £Competitive + Package
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing interiors contractor specialising in high-spec drywall and fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East, this business is now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites and drive project delivery.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of several live sites, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to exacting standards. Projects will primarily be based across London, Essex, and Kent, so regional travel is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing multiple drywall and fit-out packages simultaneously
* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and labour resources
* Ensuring H&S compliance and quality assurance
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Programme management and reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
* Pro-active, logical, and forward thinking
* Flexible on working times
* 10 years+ experience within the drylining sector
* Someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Someone who can manage employees in a supportive manner
* Must hold a valid full UK driving license, satisfactory references and right to work in the UK
