As a Graduate/Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Programme Manager in building and maintaining build programmes and their related duties for our City Fibre contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the recording of data on relevant systems and apply this to each City Fibre build programme, limiting risks to forecast delivery.
2. Ensure all issues are recorded and escalated appropriately.
3. Understand and work according to the DepotNet system and its processes.
4. Liaise with Supervisors and subcontract teams to ensure programme delivery.
5. Assist with planning and coordination of programmes and related activities.
6. Monitor the implementation of programme policies and practices.
7. Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
8. Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
9. Provide daily and weekly reports, ensuring service levels and objectives are achieved.
10. Contribute positively and innovatively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
11. Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Degree in a related subject, e.g., Project Management.
2. IT and system literacy, including MS Office software.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work in an organized manner to meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail with consideration of the wider impact.
6. Experience in programme/project scheduling or event/diary coordination.
7. Experience in recording and reporting data.
