Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, following all safety protocols.
* Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods as required.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve processes.
Skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
* Basic understanding of machinery operation is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £12.21-£17.61 per hour
