Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business through outbound activity, networking, events, and referrals
* Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Build and maintain a strong, target-driven sales pipeline
* Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
* Deliver tailored proposals and presentations aligned to client needs
* Negotiate and close commercially sound agreements
* Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and messaging
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
* Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform solutions
* Support smooth client onboarding with internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
* 3+ years experience in full-cycle B2B sales or business development
* Background in energy consultancy strongly preferred
* Proven success selling energy-related services and solutions
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
* Experience producing high-impact proposals and sales plans
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Analytical, solutions-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence
