Part-Time Office Administrator\n Northampton, NN4\n Temp-to-perm\n 20 hours per week (10am - 2pm)\n £12.21 per hour\n\nAre you looking for an office-based admin position offering part-time hours?\n Do you have previous experience within administration and order processing?\n If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.\n\nOur client in Brackmills is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to support the team and coordinate the order and delivery process for their e-commerce customers. You will work as part of a small team and support the Admin and Logistics departments with order processing and liaise with customers and suppliers.\n\nIf you are a team player with previous commercial office experience, and able to work office-based 5 days per week with part-time hours then please get in touch.\n\nKey duties and responsibilities for the Part Time Administrator:\n\nSupport the team with general clerical and administration tasks including responding to email enquiries and managing correspondence.\nProcessing customer orders via the internal system and updating information/progress.\nLiaise with suppliers and carriers to arrange transport bookings.\nWhilst there is a very small element of phone-based contact, most of the communication will be done via email/internal portals.\nResolving customer issues and providing any other administration support to the team as required. \n\nKey experience and skills required for the Part Time Administrator:\n\nPrevious office-based administration experience\nStrong written and spoken communication skills\nGood IT proficiency with experience using MS Office and an internal CRM/order processing system.\nStrong interpersonal skills and happy working in a small, tight-knit team in a relaxed and quiet office environment.\nAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail and organisation.

\n\nAdditional details:\n\nOffice-based 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (no option for hybrid or remote working)\nIf you are seeking any variation on these hours please get in touch as our client may be flexible for the right person.\nFull-time holiday entitlement: 25 days pro rata plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.\nFull training provided. \n\nIf you have the relevant experience we are looking for, we would like to hear from you. \n\nPlease note due to the high volume of applications received daily, should you not be contacted within 72 hours your application has been unsuccessful.\n\nAll responses will be managed in accordance with GDPR
