Overview
We have partnered with a leading global facilities management organisation to recruit an experienced Account Director to lead a large, high-profile contract within a complex, highly regulated environment.
The Role
As Account Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the hard services on a strategically important account, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. You\'ll act as the senior point of contact for the client, while leading and developing a substantial on-site management team.
Key responsibilities
* Full P&L ownership and commercial management of the contract
* Leading and motivating a large, multi-disciplinary FM team
* Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment
* Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation
* Managing risk, governance, and performance against SLAs and KPIs
* Supporting mobilisation, change management, and contract growth opportunities
About You
You\'ll be a proven senior leader from the facilities management sector, comfortable operating at pace within complex environments.
We\'re looking for
* Significant experience at Account Director or Senior Account Manager level
* Strategic thinker with the ability to Transform & Restructure accounts
* Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L ownership essential)
* A background managing large, complex environments
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A collaborative, visible leadership style with a focus on people development
