Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our financial admin processes and provide essential support to operational areas like timesheet management, contractor renewals, and onboarding. What You’ll Be Doing: Process purchase invoices and match with POs Chase and manage employee and contractor timesheets Maintain and update staff leave and absences in our project system Assist with contractor documentation and renewal tracking Help coordinate background checks for new hires and contractors Support the monthly sales invoicing process Post transactions and assist with payment runs Prepare documentation for year-end audits What You’ll Bring: Accounting qualification or experience in a finance support role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage confidential data with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication Bonus points for: Experience using Project Management Systems Familiarity with Sage Intacct Ready to make an impact behind the scenes?
