This role involves acting as a business partner to Accountants and Sales teams within the EMEA organization, supporting them in their responsibilities, owning critical processes, and ensuring compliance with global policies. Responsibilities include managing customer program expenses, preparing reports, reviewing claims, and supporting month-end processes. The role requires maintaining stakeholder relationships and handling ad hoc requests related to customer programs.
How you’ll do it
The candidate will maintain ongoing dialogue with relevant teams, ensure accurate posting of accruals, monitor invoices, perform account reconciliations, and support business initiatives with analysis and reporting.
What you’ll need
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, collaborative attitude, a solid academic background, and understanding of accrual accounting are essential.
What you’ve done
At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, good academic results, familiarity with accounting processes, and Excel skills are preferred. Experience with month-end close processes and negotiation skills are a plus.
