The Role
:
As a Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care for children and young people in residential settings.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising and managing staff.
4. NVQ Level 3 in children and young people development.
5. Understanding of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviour.
6. Enhanced DBS check.
7. Valid UK driving licence.
8. Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
9. Level 5 diploma in leadership and management for residential childcare.
10. Understanding of therapeutic parenting DDP and PACE.
