Position Details:
Job Title:Band 3 Secretary - £12.31 per hour
Hours:37:50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract Type:Temporary for 6 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
As our Band 3 Secretary, you will:
Provide vital secretarial support to our senior staff, ensuring smooth operations.
Organise and coordinate meetings, keeping everyone on track.
Create and type reports, memos, letters, and forms with precision.
Facilitate effective communication within the department.
Manage information efficiently through computerised systems and manual records.
To be considered you will have
Educational Qualifications:
OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) in Text Processing/Word Processing OR At least 1 year of word processing experience.
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language
Experience:
At least 1 year of secretarial or administrative experience.
notetaking and minute-taking skills during meetings.
