Bid Manager
Bristol – flexible on remote working
Salary: £30-40K + benefits
Faulkner Scott, a CPS Group Company, is working with a successful and fast-growing SaaS organisation based in Central Bristol who has an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join the business.
The Bid Manager will play a crucial role in the next phase of growth and success by helping secure new business.
You will manage the end-to-end bid process, writing and managing tenders, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, RFIs, and proposals.
Understanding technical jargon and getting to grips with software applications will be an advantage in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full bid process from receipt of documentation through to bid submission
* Transforming technical and operational information into meaningful proposal documentation.
* Managing the full process for a range of Bids - Invitations to Tender, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Requests for Information / Proposals
* Creation of sales proposal content and proofreading/adjusting content when necessary
* Document management and version control for tender-related documentation
Skills/experience:
* Previous experience within similar Bid / Tender writing would be a benefit but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Highly organised and able to work towards strict deadlines
* IT Literate – able to understand software products or experience within a similar SaaS business preferred
* Strong MS Office – Word / Excel or similar (Google Docs, etc)
* Any experience with Screen Capturing Software a benefit – Gliffy / Visio etc
