Eton Bridge Partners have partnered with a PE backed food manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an interim CFO for a 6-month contract.
This role is based in the Midlands, and are requiring 3 days on site a week, while the rest can be remote.
About the Role:
Commercially minded CFO who can partner, challenge and work with the executive to grow the business
Experience of, and success in, assisting with acquisitions and significant capital projects
Has demonstrable experience of working in a highly geared, leveraged environment, managing covenants.
A leader who will be able to develop and grow the capability of the finance function and influence throughout the business from a balanced, strategic mindset.
Team player who will work closely in a high performing team with the executive. Comfortable with challenge, comfortable challenging, wants to achieve something great within the business.
A key part of the role will be to help us develop our decision making around capital – so how do we ensure that we deploy our capital in a way that helps us grow the business.
Comfortable supporting the Executive in a PE business that has historically been privately owned for many years and helping drive the required change in approach.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a CFO in food manufacturing
Hands on PE experience
Team development/ coaching/ mentoring skills
Qualified
