Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
* Confident in supporting children\'s social, emotional, and educational development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The Role
* Supporting children in the Early Years provision, working closely with the class teacher
* Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with EYFS
* Supporting children with a range of needs, ensuring inclusion for all
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
