What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents living with complex needs. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with falls, dementia, frailty, and rehabilitation needs
* Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to promote independence and well-being
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care
* Maintain clear, accurate patient records in line with best practice standards

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Proven experience in elderly care, falls prevention, dementia support, and frailty rehabilitation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a care home setting
* A passion for improving quality of life for older adults

This role offers flexible scheduling with availability needed on weekdays. The contract is ongoing with a strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
