Area Sales Manager – West Midlands (HVAC Build / Data Centre sector experience)

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Expenses

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll lead business development and account management across the Midlands, South West, and Wales, working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across bookings and shipments
2. Develop and manage key client relationships, becoming the Basis of Design (BoD) early in project stages
3. Create proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations using a structured sales process
