What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Providing professional rural property advice to a wide range of clients
* Undertaking property inspections and preparing RICS‑compliant valuation reports
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters including agricultural tenancies and licences
* Supporting clients with environmental stewardship schemes, utilities and compulsory purchase claims
* Managing and advising on rural estates and opportunities to maximise property income
* Building client relationships, networking and generating new business opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)
* MRICS qualified, ideally with FAAV qualification
* Previous experience within rural surveying or rural professional services
* Strong knowledge of farming, agriculture and the rural sector
* Ability to win instructions and generate new business opportunities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Permanent right to work in the UK
