Duties
* Provide administrative support including data entry and clerical tasks
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records
* Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
* Support team members with various projects and tasks as required
Skills
* Previous office experience with a focus on administrative duties
* Proficient in computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
* Previous clerical experience is preferred
