About the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor in Coventry. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a classroom in the short-term absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure students remain on task and engaged with pre-set work, while upholding behaviour expectations.

Key Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (desirable in a school setting)
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Excellent organisational and behaviour management skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

* Supervising classes during teacher absence

* Providing feedback on student engagement
* Covering a range of subjects across Key Stages
* Maintaining a calm, productive classroom environment
* Helping to implement school policies consistently
