About the Role
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, autonomous care to patients with diverse health needs. You'll assess, diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients with confidence—applying your advanced clinical judgement and decision-making skills every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments and physical examinations
* Diagnose, treat, and manage patients independently, including prescribing medication
* Refer patients to appropriate diagnostic tests or specialist services when needed
* Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, paramedics, social care, and other professionals
* Lead on safeguarding, emergency situations, and complex care needs
* Contribute to service improvement, audits, and clinical governance
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to clinical and non-clinical colleagues
* Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical records in line with best practice and policies
Available Shifts
Join our flexible team supporting both Home Visiting (HV) and Clinical Verification (CV) services. We currently have availability for the following shifts:
At Vocare House:
* Saturday:
* 08:00–16:00 (HV)
* 16:00–22:00 (HV)
* Sunday:
* 16:00–22:00 (HV)
* Tuesday to Friday (Overnights):
* 00:00–08:00 (CV & HV)
* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Overnights):
* 00:00–08:00 (CV & HV)
We welcome applications from clinicians who can commit to one or more of these shifts. Flexibility and availability for evenings or overnight work are highly desirable.

You will need:
NMC Registration as a Nurse
Master's-level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience
Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
Experience in primary, urgent, or unscheduled care
Confidence in clinical decision-making and working autonomously
A commitment to patient safety, excellence, and continuous improvemen
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £26.65-£46.59 per hour
