Main duties will include:
* Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
* Collect and wash up pots and pans.
* Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
* Unload food and equipment deliveries.
* Keep the storeroom organised.
* Check & Place Orders away on delivery
* Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, kitchen porters will be involved in food preparation, such as peeling potatoes or unwrapping ingredients.

Summary
As a Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting the kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role reports to the Head Chef and involves tasks such as assisting with cooking, serving, and ensuring kitchen hygiene standards are met. Your relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, and hotel environments will enhance our kitchen operations. We expect you to bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
