Are you an MRICS Valuation Surveyor with experience in both Residential and Commercial Property? Would you enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from home but to also have an office base when required? Are you frustrated with your current bonus structure?
Working within a well-established and highly successful Valuation team based in Liverpool, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of Valuations and Surveys on all types of residential and commercial buildings, for a variety of purposes including banks, building societies and bridging finance, inheritance tax for probate, Insurance, Right to Buy, and Pension funds. You can take responsibility for your own diary or use the existing administration team, how you want to work is up to you.
This is an ideal role for a Valuation Surveyor looking for the autonomy to just “get on” with the job at hand and to be trusted to get things done without micromanagement. Of course, you have the support of the management team when needed but your previous experience and knowledge is really valued and trusted within this firm. Being a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with your clients and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible.
To be suitable for a Valuation role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Property Valuation and the Liverpool property market in general. You will have been working within Commercial and Residential Valuation within the North West and the surrounding areas and be MRICS qualified plus ideally a registered valuer.
