A well-established property and construction consultancy based in Sheffield is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team. With a solid reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors, this consultancy is seeking a Project Manager who is confident in managing schemes from initial client brief through to completion.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager with consultancy experience who is keen to work on varied projects across Yorkshire and the North. The successful Project Manager will be joining a supportive and knowledgeable team who pride themselves on professionalism and delivering real value to clients. The consultancy encourages progression and will support further professional development. This role is suitable for a Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable Sheffield-based firm.

The Project Manager's role

The appointed Project Manager will be involved in the full project life cycle, leading on programme management, cost control, procurement strategies, risk management and client reporting. The role will include preparing and presenting reports, managing consultant teams, and liaising closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Projects are typically valued between £2m and £30m across a range of sectors, offering the Project Manager the opportunity to broaden their experience across multiple disciplines. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the role demands strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage expectations while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The Project Manager
* A BSc/MSc in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field

* Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar)

* Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience in the construction sector

* Proven track record managing construction projects across various sectors

* Strong communication and client-facing skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

* £50,000 - £60,000
