We are currently recruiting for a telecommunications company for the role of 1st Line IT Support Analyst. What you’ll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for all technical support issues, efficiently managing and triaging incidents via ITSM platforms, phone, email, and live chat
* Ensure timely and clear communication with end users, maintaining ticket updates in line with QA standards and meeting all agreed SLAs
* Administer user lifecycle tasks, including account creation, access modifications, and deactivations for starters, leavers, and role changes
* Deliver on-site support services such as hardware installations, equipment decommissions, and issue triage at customer locations, with comprehensive training provided
Main Skills/ Requirements:
1. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 1st Line IT Support role, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues
