What Will You Do?
1. Payment allocation and invoice management: Ensure transactions are accurate and timely.
2. Process payments: Handle payments to clients and contractors, maintaining smooth operations.
3. Address rent arrears: Communicate with landlords and tenants to resolve issues.
4. Handle deposit allocations and returns: Ensure compliance with all regulations.
5. Maintain records: Diligent filing, admin, and month-end processes.
6. Support administrative tasks: Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
7. Conduct credit and referencing checks: For prospective tenants, ensuring thorough assessments.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experience in accounts or finance, with accuracy and reliability.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
* Experience with Sage Line 50 is a plus but not essential.
