<div><p>Surveyor - Commercial Estate Management</p><p><b>Location:</b> This role will initially be based in Bradford and will move to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, with hybrid working (minimum one office day a week – Bradford/Leeds). Required travel to sites across the region.</p><p><b>Work type:</b> Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join the Land & Property team at Yorkshire Water. In this fast‑paced role you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial estates, handle rent reviews, lease renewals, site inspections, and support landlord/tenant relationships.
