Your responsibilities
*
o 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* 5.30am - 2pm & 1.30pm - 10pm, alternating weekly
This role will help support Management to ensure all Production activities for the shift are completed and in line with Company processes.
* To support the Management team with people management of any direct reports on low level employee relation topics, including risk assessments, return to works, interviews, performance reviews and investigations
* Monitor, communicate and investigate any issues that prevent KPI's not being achieved or issues with the standard of quality- To support Operators in completing their roles - cleanroom / assembly / injection moulding
* To ensure materials are available, components are built to the correct requirements, raise run rates and set-up equipment
* Ensure all quality checks are completed using a right first time method and complete quality patrol inspections
* Deputise for the Shift Leader at times of absence or unavailability
* To work as a team to help complete and action any KPI's for your team and site
Your qualification
There are no qualifications needed for this role; however previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment and managing a team is essential.
