Job Title: Solutions Consultant / PreSales Consultant (SaaS Workforce Management Solutions)
Location: London Area (Hybrid) / x1/week in London Waterloo office for collaboration.
This is a Fixed Term Contract FTC upto October 2026 for Maternity Cover. Employed directly by our client.
Potential to go permanent as we potentially look to add an extra headcount to the Solutions Consultancy Team!
Package: Circa £70K Fixed + c£4K Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package!

Our client is a UK based, market leading SaaS company and part of a highly successful Australian SaaS Technology firm growing their presence in the UK. They are also PE backed and undergoing huge investment and growth.
The SaaS business offers software solutions that revolutionise the way businesses manage their employee rosters and schedules, providing significant value to sectors including retail, entertainment, and hospitality. In addition, they empower employees to better manage their work life balance.
The unique AI/ML technology is reinventing how employees are scheduled by helping organisations ditch manual paper & excel based methods in favour of sleek, intelligent, and interactive digital rotas.
Our Solutions Consultants: A Summary of Key Responsibilities:
* As Solution Consultant, you will become an expert in our Workforce Management Value proposition and product to ensure the solution presented to each prospect, and then later supporting the Implementation Project Managers on the mandated Statement of Work / POC.
* Externally, our Solutions Consultants dig deep into the prospect’s challenges; their processes, always demonstrating the value our solution will bring to the prospect company.
* Internally, they partner with the Sales; Implementation PM’s; and the Product teams to ensure the prospect’s requirements are fully uncovered and clearly documented to enable successful and timely onboarding.
* You are involved in the early stages of the Sellers process, after the qualification process; and will undertake a deep discovery of the prospects’ pain points in their Workforce Management and draw VALUE from our solution.
* Attending approx. 3-7 Client Discoveries / Demo’s weekly (mostly via Zoom), you will be extracting pain points and VALUE with key stakeholders (HR / Operational Management) within our client Prospect Orgs.
* Drawing on their requirements our SC’s then build the “Statement of Work” / POC.
Key responsibilities of our Solutions Consultants:
● Develop and maintain deep product knowledge which you leverage when solving our
prospect’s business challenges.
● Partner with the Sales team to engage with prospects during presentations, bespoke demos
and requirement gathering workshops.
● Assess prospect’s business challenges and business processes and translate them into
our SaaS solution’s features and configuration settings.
● Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations; training sessions with prospects and customers.
● Communicate effectively at all levels within a prospect’s organisation and your internal stakeholders.
● Lead requirement gathering workshops with prospects to uncover and document their
requirements.
● Partner with the Product team to determine the scope and value of any feature gaps
between prospect’s requirements and the current Rotageek solution.
● Create an efficient and comprehensive handover of new client’s requirements from the
Sales team to the Implementation team.
● Provide regular feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on the application of our
solutions within target verticals to support the product roadmap, marketing and sales
activities.
● Assist the Sales team and other internal resources to deliver compelling RFP responses.
● Build further and maintain a library of sales content to be used in sales proposals, presentations
and tender responses.
● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, the sales team and internal cross-functional groups.
● Professionally represent the company at marketing events and trade shows to support the sales team in the generation of new leads, as required.
● Support sales enablement activities assisting with onboarding new starters in sales and
lead generation teams

Experience of someone who’d be a good fit:
● Worked in or with stakeholders within our target verticals (retail, hospitality, leisure,
entertainment) so has a good understanding of their business environment.
● 3+ years experience in a Presales; Product Ownership, or Senior Customer Success role.
● Knowledge of the Workforce Management, HR and/or payroll industry is a HUGE plus.

Things you’ll be doing day-to-day as a Solutions Consultant:
* Perform deep discovery calls and product Demo’s to prospective Clients.
* Fully document client requirements uncovered during discussions and demos in the CRM.
* Coordinate development and integration discovery sessions with prospects and the Product team to scope any development requests.
* Assist with the completion of RFP / tender documents on larger RFP’s.
* Partner with the Sales and Product team to write Statements of Work for inclusion in client contracts.
