Job Title: Planning and Logistics Manager
Reporting To: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Job Description
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of customer orders. Effective communication and planning are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with the Sales Department to update and maintain sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements, ensuring deliveries are on time and complete.
* Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
* Perform other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200 software.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time and Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
