You’ll be part of a close-knit IT function, providing first-line technical support within a Microsoft Office 365 environment. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate, and contributing to the smooth operation of end-user services. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow and progress within a dynamic and supportive team. They are working with a complete Microsoft cloud environment; therefore, you will be upskilled on the latest tech, such as NetSuite, Azure Defender, Fortinet firewalls, and more.
