DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Delivery Leader, SAP MM and EWM to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA MM & EWM module in Europe or United Kingdom
This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Accelerate standard adoption by recommending and configuring SAP S/4HANA MM/EWM standard capabilities first, reducing customizations and rework across SourcetoPay and PlantoBuild.
2. Design fitforpurpose solutions that close functionality gaps through clear functional specs, integration design (IDocs/API), and Fiori enablementensuring changes are buildable, secure, and compliant.
3. Stabilize warehouse and inventory operations by leading rootcause analysis, resolving incidents/problems, and driving continuous improvements that increase inventory accuracy and throughput.
4. Improve business outcomes by translating complex requirements into pragmatic configurations (MM purchasing, valuation, MRP; EWM structure, putaway/pick, staging, physical inventory) that shorten cycle times and reduce manual work.
5. Own the change lifecyclefrom fitgap and configuration through testing (unit/SIT/UAT), transport management, and production readinessso releases land smoothly and predictably.
6. Strengthen stakeholder trust as the daytoday SME/point of contact for MM/EWM, aligning architects, process owners, and vendors around priorities, roadmaps, and value realization.
7. Uphold strong governance by maintaining documentation, adhering to changecontrol, and ensuring audit, dataquality, and masterdata standards for materials, plants, storage locations, and warehouse attributes.
8. Advance the Quantum transformation by partnering with global support teams to harmonize processes and enable Europe & AME deployments tied to SAP workstreams (S2P, P2B, WM).

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
9. Deep handson SAP MM/EWM expertise across configuration, validation, and crossmodule integration; plus the judgment to adopt standard wherever possible.
10. Endtoend delivery discipline: fitgap, functional specs, test design/execution, UAT coordination, transport/change control, and production hypercare.
11. Stakeholder and vendor partnership skills to prioritize demand, communicate tradeoffs, and resolve issues with global teams and implementation partners.
12. Continuousimprovement mindset with strong problemsolving and analytical skills to turn data, defects, and feedback into measurable operational gains.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
13. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
14. 5+ years SAP experience with strong MM/EWM configuration (, purchasing, sourcing, release strategies, procurement types, valuation & account determination, MRP, stock/batch mgmt; EWM structure, storage types/bins, putaway/pick, staging, physical inventory).
15. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA certifications in MM/EWM; exposure to integration tools (, MuleSoft) and interfaces (IDocs/API); Fiori and forms experience.
16. Familiarity with Solution Manager/CHaRM, incident/problem management, and audit/compliance practices (change control, data governance, masterdata quality).
17. Demonstrated delivery in SourcetoPay, PlantoBuild, and Warehouse Management workstreams within S/4HANA programs (, Quantum/global template).
