Scale 17 - £28,770 to Scale 22 - £31,364 Hours: 36 hours per week Base Location: Ashton Market Hall, Market Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 7JU Closing Date: Tuesday, 7th May 2024 Assessment Date: To be arranged The Role We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the position of Systems Officer in the Corporate Systems Team. Highly competent with IT skills, you will play a key role in developing key corporate IT systems including but not limited to Social Care, Finance and Education to ensure we help services make the most of the software. You will need to balance day to day maintenance and administration of systems with system improvement projects and you will need to be able to train others on the systems you support. About You With a great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve in a systems environment, you will play a key part in user acceptance testing for new functionality alongside developing and maintaining training materials. You will possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. A working knowledge of Children’s Services, Early Help Services and relevant Case Management IT Systems will also be an advantage.
