We’re hiring! dnata Catering UK is on the lookout for a talented HRIS Analyst with Workday HCM expertise to join our team. If you're passionate about HR tech, love turning complex data into actionable insight, and want to shape how we deliver for our people—this could be your next move.
Initially this role will be on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role: You’ll be our in-house Workday specialist—configuring modules, driving data integrity, and developing dashboards that truly add value. It’s a great opportunity to work across teams, lead system enhancements, and play a key role in HR transformation within a global organization.
What you'll be doing:
System Administration: Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Security).
Data Integrity & Reporting: Conduct audits, generate reports, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflows and automation.
User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to HR teams.
Integration Management: Support Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party vendors.
This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary dependant on locality or role complexity and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.
What you'll have to be successful in this role:
2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system configuration.
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIB data uploads.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors.
Preferred Certifications:
Workday HCM Certification PHR or SHRM Certification
